Nice product, but unfortunate that terms of trade were confused. This seller was not completely clear about additional costs involved in shipping that should have been covered under CIF terms. Extra fees were charged for transit port handling that should have been included in the original cost of shipping to final destination. Alibaba trade assurance sounds good, but seems to be skewed in favor of the seller and assertions seem far fetched. In my experience Trade assurance seems to be an automated service that is not really taking the buyers issues seriously. Just my opinion. Again I say nice product, but be very careful with what they quote to be shipping costs and terms. You would be better to arrange all shipping of items yourself and not leave it to their shipping agents.
